About me
Hi, beautiful soul — I’m Bettina, a thirty-something with a heart full of dreams and a longing to create a life that feels truly, deeply mine. Welcome to my page!
Last year, my French husband and I (I’m German) made the wild, wonderful decision to leave Switzerland and start over in France. Through my podcast, Her Heart Full of Dreams, I share the real, raw, in-between moments — the struggles, the soul-searching, the wins and doubts — all wrapped in cozy, reflective conversations. Think of it like our little imaginative coffee shop, a safe space to meet up in our thoughts, sip something warm, and remind ourselves: being a dreamer isn’t naive, it’s throwing real-life pixie dust into everyday life.
In this season of life, I’m following one of my biggest dreams: writing my very first book (imagine The Lord of the Rings meeting The Alchemist with a touch of The Midnight Library). A hero’s journey, big feelings, big magic, and a hint of real life events.

This is your cozy corner for hopes, honest reflections, life transitions, and gentle inspiration. I’m trying to be the woman my younger self would’ve needed — and I hope my words help you believe that your dreams, your messiness, and your unique journey belong here too.
Welcome to my corner of the world — your safe space for soulful stories, brave dreams, and the reminder that even when life feels uncertain, you’re allowed to believe in magic.
Much love,
Bettina
